The legacy COT report, the one you see on Timing Charts is broken down into 3 categories:

Commercials
Large speculators
Small speculators

The report you are referencing above is a new report that began in 2010.  This data is not available yet on Timing Charts.  I do plan to add all of the new reports in the near future.  One limitation of the new reports is there's not much history yet.  The report may be of limited use until enough history is collected to put the report in perspective.
